My Story

I chose Glen Iris deliberately. I've never looked back.

When I started in real estate, I made a decision that most agents thought was strange: I would sell in one suburb only. Not a cluster of suburbs, not "the inner east" — just Glen Iris.

The logic was simple. Real estate is a local business. The agent who knows every street, every school catchment boundary, every micro-market within a suburb will always outperform the generalist. I wanted to be that agent.

Ten years and 180 sales later, I know Glen Iris in a way that takes years to build and can't be faked. I know which streets command premiums and why. I know which buyers are looking right now and what they'll pay. I know the history of individual properties and what that means for pricing.

That knowledge is what I bring to every appraisal, every campaign, every negotiation. It's the reason my average result is 97.4% of reserve — and the reason my clients come back.

2014

Started in Glen Iris

Joined a boutique agency with a single focus: sell exclusively in Glen Iris. Most agents spread across suburbs. I chose depth over breadth from day one.

2017

First 50 sales

Reached 50 Glen Iris sales — every one of them in the same suburb. The pattern was clear: local knowledge compounds. Buyers and vendors started seeking me out specifically.

2019

Launched the Market Update

Started publishing the monthly Glen Iris Market Update. The idea was simple: share the same data I give my vendors with anyone who wants it. It now reaches over 2,000 subscribers.

2021

Went independent

Established my own practice. The same focus, the same suburb — but with the freedom to work exactly the way I believe is right for clients.

2024

180+ Glen Iris sales

Passed 180 sales in Glen Iris. Every single one in the same 3146 postcode. The depth of knowledge that comes from that focus is something no generalist can replicate.
